Women LOVE Harmony
How do we know? Because we ask! At the end of every appointment, new patients are invited to fill out a
n exit survey. We ask how they felt about the staff and the service they received. We invite them to share concerns and compliments. We check in to make sure that our patients are satisfied with the service they received. We ask them to rate their satisfaction with us on a scale of 1 to 10.
Why do we do this?
Our goal is to help women feel safe, respected, and supported. We want to make sure they don’t feel judged in any way, no matter what their pregnancy decision is.
So, how are we doing?

Our patients love us! In fact, since launching our medical program in 2016, our average rating is 9.6 out of 10. We are proud and grateful that our patients are happy they came to Harmony first. We are passionate about continuous improvement and serving women well. For us, exit surveys are a great tool to learn how our patients feel about us and how we can do better.
